We often look for new figures because we feel stuck, but what if we did more with less? What if, instead of adding more vocabulary, we focused on a richer and more intentional musical interpretation, while keeping our movement vocabulary simple? In this workshop, we will explore how to dance with sobriety, precision and groundedness, focusing on the quality of movement rather than quantity.
